We will be discussing ways to use text messaging to voice our support for financing loan package reform. We are developing a New Loan Program allowing Investors to co-sign with owner occupied buyers with 580 or less credit scores. We call it the Hybrid. The buyer becomes a 50% owner with very little down. The invest holds 50% for co-signing and the lender has two people on the loan to guarantee the payment.
